"To Anyone Who Needs a Song" is an SATB choral piece with piano accompaniment, dedicated to Magnolia Chorale in celebration of their 35th anniversary as a choir. The music and lyrics are by Theresa Redmond and the piece is about the community and friendship found through music.

"Music is a part of me; it unfolds in my hands like a blue bird that lands so softly. Music is a part of me; crafting songs out of sand in this circle of friends, I’ll keep singing.
 
Music is a part of us; weaving silence to song in a place we belong, all our voices pool like water. Music is a part of us; such a warm community, we pour our hearts into the ink, breathing life into these letters.
 
And we sing through the years, side by side as we peer into something so limitless. Always more to be sung, we fill up our lungs and hold on to it: the magic in the music, the friends we've found through it.
 
Music is a part of us; it’s what brought us together, built a bond we can’t sever, a connection so strong. Music is a part of us; it unites us as comrades, so we sing with one voice and pass the music along to anyone who needs a song."
